Refund policy

Return and Refund:

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt via webshop@haevnmusic.com. We ensure that you receive the correct address or a return label, after which you can return or exchange.

Step 1: Print and fill in
State your order number and order date. Let us know why you want to return the goods and if you would like a refund or exchange for other items. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item, unless otherwise agreed, e.g. in case of defective or incorrect delivery)
Step 2: Submit
Please ensure that you use the original packaging and that you return the goods in the same condition as when they were shipped. Damaged, washed or worn items will not be refunded or exchanged for new items. Send your return shipment to:

Step 2: Ship
Take the package (with attached return slip) to a post office or courier. Ask the post office or courier for your proof of delivery. The shipper will provide you with proof of shipment and you must keep it until we notify you that it has arrived and you have received a refund, if any.
It is your responsibility to keep all receipts, send them by certified mail or provide other proof of the date of return.

Step 3: Refund
Please note that if a refund can be requested, we will make this payment within 14 days from the date we receive the return at the address provided. The refund will be made via the same payment method used when placing your order.
We will refund you the cost of the products, but not your shipping costs
