Terms and conditions
1. General
1.1 The general terms and conditions apply to the entire range of HAEVN music webshop. They are accessible to everyone on the contact page of the webshop and can be downloaded as a PDF during the ordering process.
1.2 By placing an order you agree to the delivery and payment conditions. HAEVN webshop reserves the right to change these terms and conditions after the expiry of the term.
1.3 HAEVN webshop guarantees that the delivered product complies with the agreement and meets the specifications as stated on the product page.
2 Delivery
2.1 Delivery takes place while stocks last
2.2 Shipment takes place every day if possible, but in any case every Friday and, if payment has been received correctly, every Saturday. In the case of a tour, it will be suspended and the restart will be clearly stated on the webshop
3 prices
3.1 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors and no liability is accepted.
3.2 All prices on the site include VAT
4 Vision/waiting period
4.1 In the case of consumer purchases, the customer has the right, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act (Article 7:5 of the Dutch Civil Code), to return (part of) the delivered goods within a period of 14 days without stating reasons. .
4.2 In order to be eligible for a refund of the purchase amount, a written notification must be made to the HAEVN webshop within 14 days of receipt. HAEVN webshop will transfer the original purchase amount within 30 days of receipt of the return.
4.3 Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. Proof of shipment must be submitted. The shipping costs for the return are also for the account of the buyer.
4.4 Exceptions are sound carriers, which must still be in the unopened, undamaged packaging and original packaging. This does not apply to personalized (signed) items.
5 Data management
When you place an order at HAEVN webshop, your data will be included in our customer database and only used to send the orders.
HAEVN webshop respects your privacy and will never provide this information to third parties.
Only after explicit permission has been given on the webshop, you will be kept informed of HAEVN news and promotions via your e-mail address by means of a newsletter.
6 Warranty:
HAEVN guarantees that the articles it supplies meet the requirements of usability, quality and durability.
7 Agreement
7.1 An agreement between HAEVN webshop and a customer is concluded after an order has been confirmed by HAEVN webshop
7.2 HAEVN webshop reserves the right not to accept orders.
8 Force majeure
HAEVN webshop is not liable if it is unable to meet its obligations due to force majeure. Force majeure includes delays or non-performance by our suppliers, transport problems, strikes, government measures, illness of staff.
In case of force majeure, HAEVN webshop reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part without imposing a fine or compensation.
