1. If I don't like the item. Can I return it for a refund or exchange?
Yes, of course, you can!
We will refund your purchase with no questions asked.
Contact us at email@example.com within 14 days and we'll send you a return form.
Step 2: Send
Make sure to use the original packaging and to return the goods in the same condition as they were when they were shipped. Damaged, washed or worn items will not be refunded or exchanged for new items. Please send your return to:

Take the parcel (with the enclosed returns note) to a Post Office or courier. Ask the Post Office or courier for your proof of posting certificate. The clerk will stamp the proof of posting on dispatch and you should retain this until you receive your refund. Regrettably we can only provide a refund for a lost return once we have been provided with a proof of posting certificate.
It is your responsibility to keep all return receipts, making a shipment by registered mail or by any other means necessary to enable a precise proof of the sending date.
Step 3: Refund
Please note we will refund you in 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned the product(s) to the specified address. The refund will be made to the method of payment provided when you placed your order. We will refund you the cost of the products but not your delivery charges.
2. I received the wrong item! / My order came in bad condition!
Shit happens, we will do our best to make it right for you!
If you have received your order in an unsatisfactory condition or the wrong item, we will send a replacement at our own expense and will take care of any return costs wherever applicable. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, before sending it back!
3. Worldwide shipping?
In principle, we do! If your destination is not listed, please contact us via email@example.com
4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We usually ship on the day your order is received or on the following day. If your order contains a pre-order item, the whole order will ship on the day the pre-ordered item becomes available.
We make every effort to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly and safely as possible, but due to the challenges Covid-19 has brought us, there may be delivery delays.
Approximate delivery times:
Within The Netherlands: 2-4 business days
Within the EU: 3-15 business days
Rest of the world: 14-25 business days
The Track & Trace code will tell you when to expect the exact delivery date.
5. I haven't received my order!
Unfortunately, even the qualified postal system loses a package sometimes. If you didn’t received your package, we kindly ask you to in touch via firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days (60 days for customers outside the EU) of your order date and we will credit your account or reship the item. After the above time frames undelivered goods will not be considered for store credit or reshipment.
6. Will My Pre-order arrive on release day?
We do everything in our power to ensure that you will! However with pre-orders we are reliant on external suppliers and labels sending all the stock to us in time.
Our goal is to ship them prior to release day so that you will have that record in your hands on the day it comes out. Please notice that if you include other items together with pre-order we ship everything together when the pre-order is ready.
7. Will all the goods be signed by HAEVN?
Not all the goods will be signed by us, but the vinyl and CDs will!
